馬刺第二節後來居上，上半場打完領先火箭，第三節兩隊你來我往，林書豪得分本節終開張。
下半場一開賽，火箭急起直追，林書豪一記快攻上籃得手，不僅分數開張，也助球隊反超比數。
中段雙方再度形成拉鋸，Chandler Parsons外線手感不佳，3分球至今4投盡墨。
林書豪獨對Tony Parker，造成他此役第3次的犯規，Parker不得不暫時下場休息，James Harden跳投得手，火箭重新取得領先地位。
比賽剩7秒時，Parsons終投進本場第一顆3分球，第三節打完火箭以74比67領先馬刺。
林書豪本節攻下4分，並有3助攻2抄截。
