扁移監培德 郝龍斌:不是最佳方案
陳前總統昨天清晨，移監台中培德病監，而不是北榮所建議的居家療養，台聯立委爆料，培德病房挑在「廁所上方」裝設監視器，曝露病人隱私，而台北市長郝龍斌，也再次聲援陳前總統，認為移監培德，不是最佳方案，如果扁病情惡化，就應該保外就醫。
馬總統出席健走活動，不理會記者問話，原本北榮建議陳前總統應該居家療養，法務部不採納，而是將扁移監到台中培德，曾經聲援阿扁應該保外就醫的台北市長郝龍斌，再次向法務部喊話。
郝龍斌直言，移監培德不是最佳方案，榮總醫師郭正典，轉述台聯立委林世嘉探扁後的發現，在臉書上寫道，扁在北監牢房時，就曾因為監視器直拍，讓他憋尿，造成泌尿道發炎，這次到了培德，房間其他角落都可以裝監視器，但獄方卻選擇在上廁所的「正上方」裝設，讓受刑人上廁所時的隱私完全暴露，不知有何居心，因此不少挺扁人士，轉移陣地來到培德病監救扁，不過，上午警方一度不放行，雙方發生口角。
更有扁迷沒有回家，就地在培德門口紮營，睡帳棚，還有40多人，特地從台南高雄包遊覽車，前來聲援，台中警方假日不得閒，出動100名警力駐守，隨時掌握扁迷動態。
